An exciting opportunity to join Jacobs in supporting a federally funded program with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) across key locations in the Southwestern United States, including Arizona, Southern California, and Euless, Texas. You will play a key role in modernizing critical federal facilities that strengthen national security and enhance border operations, helping CBP meet the demands of an evolving security landscape.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, supporting Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine (AMO) program. Reporting directly to the Project Delivery Leader, you may work independently or lead a team of site-based construction management staff, serving in a client-advisory role and collaborating closely with architects/engineers and contractors. In this role, you will be accountable for managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality across the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
As a Project Manager-Air and Marine (AMO), you will be responsible for overall delivery of their assigned projects including procurement, design, construction, commissioning, handover, and closeout. Project Managers ensures project execution is aligned with scope, budget, schedule, quality requirements, and operational requirements while coordinating activities among CBP project stakeholders, client Project Managers, DB contractors, and Project ManagerO support functions. Project Managers implement change requests, coordinate/interface with project stakeholder, elevate critical issues/risk to TODM, and manage/report on project status (cost, schedule, actions).

The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $180,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
