Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Project Manager in Customer & Experience Transformation, you excel in managing both the big-picture strategic aspects and the intricate details of a project. You possess a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and customer needs, enabling you to recommend and implement effective digital marketing solutions.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Establish Project Governance: Define and establish project governance models to ensure successful project outcomes, meeting client expectations and aligning with their business objectives.
• Lead Project Planning: Facilitate project planning, overseeing resource allocation and ensuring effective utilization of resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Apply Project Methodologies: Leverage expertise in various project management methodologies, including IBM Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, and SDLC, to drive project success and adapt to changing requirements.
• Balance Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Effectively balance strategic thinking and leadership with attention to detail, ensuring that project outcomes meet client expectations and align with their business objectives.
• Oversee Solution Delivery: Ensure the delivery of effective digital marketing solutions that meet client needs, driving successful project outcomes and exceeding client expectations.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States of America.
