Job summary

hellocare is seeking an on-site Chief Operating Officer to lead daily operations and scale our AI-assisted care platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive operational excellence and coordinate across product, finance, sales, and clinical teams.

You will build and mentor a high-performing operations team, set KPIs, manage risk and compliance, and ensure timely delivery of virtual care solutions to healthcare partners nationwide in a fast-growing environment.

• 5+ years of senior operational leadership experience in healthcare/telehealth.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to operational management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
