Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, real estate, property management, finance, operations, or residential construction is valuable.
• Direct construction experience is a plus, but transferable skills and the right mindset are welcome.
• Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, or similar software is helpful; willingness to learn digital tools is essential.
• Strong ownership, organization, and communication are required to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish: planning, permitting, scheduling, construction, walkthroughs, and closeout.
• Own budgets and schedules: track costs, timelines, change orders, milestones, and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and partners to keep work moving.
• Build client relationships: inform clients, set expectations, communicate changes, and support decisions.
• Stay organized and use technology: maintain records, logs, budgets, and change orders in digital tools.
• Solve problems: adapt to changes and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Protect quality and accountability: monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and codes.
• Improve how we work: collaborate with leadership to strengthen processes and delivery.
