Alair Homes Alexandria is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-end residential construction and major renovations in the Alexandria metro area. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgets, and teams to deliver luxury homes on time and within budget.

You will act as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and trades, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, transparent communication, and a superb client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Residential Construction Project Management experience.
• Experience managing custom homes, luxury renovations, or high-end residential construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience collaborating with architects, designers, and trade partners.
• Client-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and process-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficiency with construction technology and project management software.
• Strong decision-making ability and time management skills.

The Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and client-focused High-End Residential Construction Project Manager with strong scheduling, communication, and leadership skills. This role is ideal for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager who has successfully managed custom homes, luxury renovations, or high-end residential construction projects.

You will oversee projects from planning through completion while managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will serve as the lead communicator for clients and project teams, building trust, aligning expectations, and maintaining clarity throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while anticipating challenges before they impact schedule or budget.

Success in this position requires strong organization, professionalism, and comfort using construction management software, scheduling tools, and digital communication systems.

Compensation & Benefits
