gpac is partnering with a luxury custom home builder in the Dallas area to hire a Project Manager for high-end residential projects up to $10M. This in-office role collaborates with owners, architects, designers, and clients to deliver premium homes on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction, experience with luxury homes, and strong skills in budgets, scheduling, and leadership. Buildertrend or Procore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in residential construction.
• Experience managing custom or luxury homes ($2M-$10M+) preferred
• Strong understanding of construction budgets, scheduling, and purchasing
• Ability to work closely with clients, architects, and trade partners
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) is a plus

• Manage the full project lifecycle for luxury custom homes from preconstruction through closeout

Custom Home Project Manager

A well-established luxury custom home builder in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This role will focus on managing high-end custom residential projects up to $10M, working closely with ownership, architects, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

This is an in-office Project Manager position that plays a key role in coordinating preconstruction and construction operations while supporting field teams throughout the build process.

Key Responsibilities
