Job summary

Babich & Associates in the Dallas area is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with a strong background in custom single-family residential projects. The role requires ownership of multiple projects, direct client interaction, and coordination across internal teams, consultants and contractors.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules and budgets, lead coordination meetings, and oversee architectural documentation and constructability.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
  • Custom single-family residential architecture experience required.
  • Experience with high-end or luxury custom homes strongly preferred.
  • Previous Project Manager or comparable lead experience.
  • Strong client-facing and consultant-management skills.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
  • Strong architectural documentation and technical coordination experience.
  • Architectural licensure is a plus, but not required.
  • Must currently reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

We are recruiting for an established architecture firm in the Dallas area seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with a background in custom single-family residential projects.

This position is geared toward an architectural professional who can take ownership of multiple projects, work directly with clients and coordinate internal teams, consultants and contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience with highly customized residential projects rather than production or tract housing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple custom residential projects in various stages of development

  • Coordinate architectural teams, engineers, consultants, contractors and interior designers
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, scope and deliverables
  • Lead project and coordination meetings
