Responsibilities

  • Financial & Budget Management: manage budgets, contracts, and financial forecasting from pre-construction through final delivery.
  • Oversee general contractors and major trade partners to ensure schedule and quality.
  • Ensure safety compliance across all project phases per OSHA and corporate requirements.
  • Conduct project audits and milestone reviews throughout construction.
  • Manage high-level schedules and risk, addressing critical path delays before they impact delivery.
  • Serve as liaison with clients, architects, designers, and stakeholders for concierge-level experience.
  • Review contracts, plans, specs, and submittals for accuracy and flag discrepancies.
  • Prepare executive progress reports and financial status updates.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team and take full ownership of high-end custom home builds from ground break through to client handover. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high‑spec environment and takes personal pride in the quality of their work

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial & Budget Management: Manage overall project budgets, contracts, and financial forecasting from pre-construction through final delivery and client handover.
  • Contractor & Trade Oversight: Oversee and coordinate general contractors and major trade partners, ensuring work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain alignment on safety policies, ensuring all job sites remain fully compliant with OSHA and corporate safety requirements across all project phases.
  • Project Audits & Progress Tracking: Conduct regular project reviews and milestone audits throughout all phases of construction.
  • Schedule & Risk Management: Manage high‑level project schedules and financial lifecycles, proactively identifying and resolving critical path delays before they impact delivery.
  • Stakeholder & Client Relations: Serve as the primary strategic liaison for clients, architects, designers, and key stakeholders—maintaining the concierge‑level experience our clients expect.
  • Document & Spec Review: Review contracts, plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure financial and technical accuracy while flagging discrepancies early.
  • Executive Reporting: Document executive progress reports, financial status updates, and any critical issues requiring escalation.
