This role coordinates SMEs and executives, drives adoption through change management, and ensures projects stay on track from inception to successful completion. The candidate will develop communications, training, and governance plans, while managing budgets and ROI analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• PMP certification required; experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience with budgeting, ROI analysis, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and ensure alignment with business results.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, resources and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings; communicate progress to management.
• Lead change management activities and ensure adoption of changes.
