Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Project Manager, Business Transformation, to lead cross-functional initiatives that convert business priorities into action and measurable results. You will define objectives, build project plans, coordinate SMEs and stakeholders, and maintain momentum through successful delivery.

You will guide change management activities, drive communications, and ensure adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP certification required.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, IT-enabled projects.

Responsibilities

• Documents project objectives and ensures alignment with business results.
• Facilitates communication forums and team meetings across departments.
• Creates comprehensive project plans with milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Reports progress to management and steers committees; coordinates stakeholders.
• Leads change management activities and project communications.
• Mentors project teams and manages multiple projects and priorities.
