Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a Project Manager, Business Transformation to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate business priorities into actionable plans. You will define objectives, build project plans, coordinate SMEs and stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion while coordinating communications, training, and change management throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 1–3 years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and partnering with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Documents project objectives and ensures they meet expected business results/outcome.
• Communicates with involved departments and management; facilitates communication forums including team meetings.
• Creates project plans including: resource tracking, assignments, tasks, dependencies, deliverables and milestones, due dates, predecessors, budget and financial tracking, issues management.
• Assembles project steering committee(s) and communicates regularly and effectively with management on project progress.
• Coordinates project meetings with relevant team members.
• Serves as single point of contact for all project management related questions and refers technical questions to appropriate subject matter experts.
