Curtiss-Wright EMD in Cheswick, PA is seeking a Project Manager for its Pittsburgh location. You will manage schedules, budgets, and serve as the primary liaison with customers while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams to drive delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Project and ERP systems. DoD clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business Administration.
• Five or more years of project management or leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and ERP Systems.
• Preferred PMP certification (PMP).
• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and manage risk.
• Decision-making under incomplete information with a practical approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and control project schedule and budget.
• Serve as point of contact for customer communications, meetings, and questions.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, project management office, planning, quality, contracts, and finance.
• Lead project team and regular project meetings to monitor progress.
• Maintain effective customer communications and address requirements.
• Address and resolve project issues related to scope, cost, and quality.
• Review and control project cost, including Estimate at Complete dates.
• Develop and monitor the Project Risk Management Plan.
• Interact with sourcing to plan materials for current and future production.
