Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team seeks a Project Manager for data centers and hospitals, based in Ohio with onsite 3-4 days per week in Trenton. You will lead high-visibility projects and act as owner’s representative.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years PM in construction, experience with data centers, hospitals, and MEP, plus strong analytical and communication skills. MGAC offers a collaborative culture, strong benefits, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent construction discipline.
• 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery.
• Ensure client vision is achieved as a trusted partner.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and other teams.
