Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team in Lanham, MD seeks a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects. You will independently manage full project scope, mentor teams, and drive schedule, scope, and budget while aligning with the client’s vision.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction PM, a construction-related degree, 2+ years in critical environments (hospitals, data centers, labs), and MEP experience in ground-up builds. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment projects (hospitals, data centers, labs).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
