Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Project Manager for its Critical Environments team in Terre Haute, IN. You will lead high-visibility data-center and hospital projects as owner’s representative, guiding decisions to keep programs on track and delivering resume-building outcomes.

You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while mentoring teams and collaborating with clients, A&E professionals, contractors, and vendors. This is a primarily onsite role with local client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects and components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
