Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Project Manager to lead Critical Environments projects, including data centers and hospitals. You will act as an owner's representative, resolving issues, guiding decisions, and keeping projects on track with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

You will independently manage full project scope, mentor teams, and drive schedule, scope, and budget, while identifying add-services opportunities and maintaining client alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
