Jobot, a leading building automation and controls provider, seeks a Project Manager - Controls/Mechanical to oversee projects from conception to completion in Sacramento and the broader region. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires 4+ years in BAS/HVAC project management and 6+ years in the field, with a BS in a related discipline or equivalent experience.

Job Details

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and retrofits -ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations in the greater Sacramento, SF Bay Area, and Reno/Tahoe areas. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls and/or Mechanical service space
• 6+ years of experience in the BAS/HVAC Controls or mechanical service space

NICE TO HAVE

• Tridium Niagara N4 certification
• Johnson Controls Metasys and/or FX
• Honeywell
