Our Client, an employee-owned commercial construction company in Indianapolis, is growing and seeks an up-and-coming Project Manager to oversee 1–2 projects ranging from $5M to $80M.

As an employee-owner, you’ll have a stake in the projects you deliver and in the company’s long-term success. Candidates must work onsite and hold a Bachelor’s degree; healthcare projects are a possible immediate fit.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial construction experience as PM or APM.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for large, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Comfort with budgets, costs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's day-to-day contact on the jobsite.
• Manage 1–2 projects at a time, from $5M to $80M in size.
• Lead projects lasting 10 months to 6 years (healthcare projects run about $75M over 6 years).
• Own project budgets and cost controls.
• Manage community health campus projects, one campus at a time.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

About the Opportunity

What You'll Do
