Job summary

Allied Steel Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL to own projects from turnover through closeout, maintain visibility into performance, and drive resolution of issues.

You will oversee schedule, budget, and customer experience while building strong client relationships. The role emphasizes proactive communication, risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, profitable, and on-time projects in alignment with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• PM experience in construction/steel/manufacturing
• PMP or related certification preferred
• Strong reading and interpretation of drawings and specs

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from turnover to closeout, manage execution, schedule, budget, and customer experience
• Review project docs, contracts, scope, and requirements to set objectives and risks
• Develop and maintain action plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal/ external teams to meet project objectives
• Monitor progress and address issues affecting schedule, cost, quality or customer expectations
• Enforce PM processes and systems for consistency
