Job summary

Allied Steel Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own assigned projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring safety, profitability, and on-time delivery. You will communicate with clients and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet specifications and milestones.

You will review drawings, contracts, and budgets, manage changes, and enforce PM processes. PMI-PMP or similar certification is preferred; a collaborative, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, steel, or related industries.
• Experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) systems preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project execution from turnover through closeout, including schedule, budget, and customer experience.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and scope to set objectives and identify risks or gaps.
• Develop and maintain action plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for project success.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, monitor progress, and address issues impacting schedule, cost, or quality.
