The position is remote, but requires travel to various job sites throughout the greater Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area, so residence in Virginia is necessary.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing and completing 3-6 projects per month within the set timeline.
2. Recruiting contractors and managing contracts for trades and subcontractors.
3. Reducing costs and streamlining construction processes to complete projects below budget.
4. Managing project timelines, responding to inspections, and delivering equipment as needed.
5. Conducting final inspections and documenting the work with photos.

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of project management experience in home building, renovations, or insurance restoration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
