This role oversees 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring completion within timelines. It is a remote position, but the candidate must reside in Virginia as travel to various job sites in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 3-6 projects monthly, adhering to timelines
• Recruit and manage contractors and subcontractors
• Optimize costs and streamline construction processes
• Manage project timelines and respond to inspections
• Transport equipment to job sites as needed
• Conduct final inspections and document property conditions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in real estate project management, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher
