This role oversees 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. The position is remote but requires travel to various job sites across the greater Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area; therefore, residency in Virginia is necessary.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and completing 3-6 projects per month according to timelines
• Recruiting and managing contracts with trades and subcontractors
• Reducing costs and streamlining construction processes
• Managing project timelines and inspections
• Delivering equipment to sites if needed
• Conducting final inspections and documenting the work

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
