The role involves managing 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. This is a remote position, but requires travel within the greater Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area, so candidates must reside in Virginia.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage 3-6 projects per month according to timelines
2. Recruit and manage contractors and subcontractors
3. Reduce costs and streamline construction processes
4. Ensure project timelines and inspections are met
5. Transport equipment to job sites if necessary
6. Conduct final inspections and document property conditions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in home building, renovations, or restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
