Job summary

Jobot in Tampa is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own and lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and contracts while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, supers, and subs to deliver high‑impact facilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of GC PM experience, a related Bachelor's degree, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a track record of stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout within budget, schedule, and scope.
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Manage project financials including buyout, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and owner pay applications.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and proactively address project needs throughout the construction process.
