Jobot is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) in Tampa, FL, on-site, full-time, with a salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 per year. The role focuses on leading healthcare, industrial, and community projects while ensuring budget, schedule, and scope compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining budget, schedule, and scope
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Manage project financials including buyout, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and owner pay applications
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
• Build strong client relationships and proactively address project needs throughout the construction process
