LeoForce in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and scope adherence. You will collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subs, manage financials, and drive client relationships while delivering quality projects across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining budget, schedule, and scope
