Job summary

LeoForce, a dynamic general contractor in Georgia, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (Mid Level) to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will develop schedules, manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the primary point of contact for owners and teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in construction PM, a degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture, proficiency with MS Project or Procore, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of progressive experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, managing change orders, and maintaining owner relationships
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules; identify critical path issues and drive resolution
  • Own project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, pay applications, and change order management
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including buyout, performance, and compliance
  • Lead owner, architect, and project team meetings; serve as primary point of communication
  • Review and process submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and other project documentation
  • Enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with project specifications and regulations
  • Support preconstruction efforts including estimating input, constructability reviews, and bidding as needed
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, character-driven culture
  • Drive successful project closeout including punch lists, as-builts, warranties, and turnover

  • Ability to work hybrid with regular presence in the Alpharetta office and occasional job-site visits across Georgia
