Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Philadelphia to lead multiple commercial construction initiatives from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor.
  • Experience with healthcare, higher education, laboratory, institutional, commercial, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
