As a Senior Project Manager at Erickson-Hall Construction Co., you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge by learning best practices from an industry innovator that is also employee-owned.

Duties

1. Manage client expectations
2. Provide project leadership and supervision
3. Control project documents ensuring they are complete, current, and properly managed
4. Manage and prepare cost proposals and change orders
5. Develop project budgets and oversee buy-out/contracting of work
6. Handle project accounting functions including owner billings and review/approval of subcontractor payments
7. Maintain budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
8. Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
9. Develop and manage CPM schedules
10. Manage subcontractors, including coordination, procurement, monitoring budgets, and billings
11. Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel

Requirements

1. Experience managing multiple construction projects or a large complex project in commercial or public works sectors
2. Degree in construction management, science, or related field preferred
3. Strong knowledge of current construction methods, materials, and regulations
4. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams
5. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project or similar scheduling software
7. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Special Considerations

1. Experience with school bond projects (e.g., SDUSD, LAUSD)
2. Procore project management software experience
3. Experience in higher education or healthcare markets
