Responsibilities:
- Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed according to design, budget, and schedule. Interface with client representatives, A/E representatives, subcontractors, end users, security, etc.
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate boundaries. Coordinate activities of all personnel involved.
- Monitor/control construction via on-site Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget adherence; investigate serious issues and implement corrective measures. Approve purchase requisitions, change requests, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and project policies and standards. Maintain project logs and documentation. Assist with safety program implementation. Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering teams.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts, including payments, rentals, income, and expenses, to protect the company's interests while maintaining good client relationships.
- Perform additional duties as directed by regional management.
Qualifications:
- 4-year construction management/engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in commercial or industrial construction, design, finance, and management
- Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize performance
- Deep understanding of industry practices, standards, and their impact on projects; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; business-oriented mindset
- Decision-making authority impacting client relationships and project profitability
- Experience managing large-scale data center projects ($50-300M), or projects over $100M in various sectors; valid US driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel (~70%)

- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Proven leadership, motivation, and mentoring abilities
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, standards, and regulations
- Track record of maintaining safety and quality standards
- Skills in developing and implementing project strategies, plans, and budgets
