The Waldinger Corporation in Kearney, NE is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large, complex projects from inception through closeout. This role collaborates with project engineering, field leadership, and senior leaders to drive project success.

Responsibilities include steering scope, planning meetings, ensuring safety and quality, managing budgets, and mentoring new team members. Some travel is required as projects span multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project engineering or management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or related area.
• Occasional travel.

• Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.

• Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
• Mentorship: Supports new team members to achieve training and onboarding goals by actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights. Identifies and communicates training challenges to leadership.
