House Buyers of America is seeking a Field Manager responsible for managing home renovation projects. The role involves overseeing 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. The candidate must live in Maryland as travel to various job sites across the greater Maryland area is required.

What You Will Do

1. Manage and complete 3-6 projects per month according to the project timeline.
2. Recruit contractors and manage contracts for trades and subcontractors.
3. Aim to complete projects below budget, seeking cost reduction and process streamlining.
4. Manage project timelines and respond to inspections.
5. Deliver equipment to job sites as needed.
6. Conduct final inspections to ensure quality work and document with photos.

About You

1. 5+ years of project management experience in home building, renovations, or insurance restoration.
2. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
