Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction efforts to ensure adherence to design, budget, and schedule, interfacing with clients, A/E reps, subcontractors, and end users
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and standards within corporate boundaries; coordinate activities of all personnel
• Monitor and control construction through on-site supervision; investigate issues and implement corrective measures; approve purchase requisitions and change requests
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and project policies and standards
• Maintain project documentation and assist with safety program implementation
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests and maintain client relationships
• Perform additional duties as directed by regional management

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in construction management/engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, design, finance, and management
• Ability to apply innovative management techniques
• Deep understanding of industry practices, standards, and their impact on projects; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; business-oriented mindset
• Experience managing large-scale projects ($50M-$300M+), including data centers and infrastructure projects, with willingness to travel (~70%) and a valid US driver’s license and passport

Preferred:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and safety record
• Knowledge of construction laws, standards, and regulations
• Experience developing project strategies, plans, and budgets
