Job Overview

Define, plan and execute a project, coordinating tasks and teams and assuming a leadership role.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with common majors including Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering, preferably.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing utility-scale renewable & energy-proof infrastructure construction projects.
  • Knowledge of utility-scale renewable energy construction methods, costs, production rates, and contract legal terms.

Responsibility

  • Define project objectives and scope, identifying internal and external stakeholder involvement
  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution.
  • Manage staffing and other resources needed to maximize potential for success in project execution.
  • Conduct risk analysis to reduce obstacles and unforeseen costs.
  • Create a detailed schedule, project parameters, and budget expectations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of scope, schedule, and costs using industry best practices to identify necessary adjustments.
  • Measure project performance and progress throughout campaign execution.
  • Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships.
  • Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and outcomes. Delegate project activities and tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise
  • Provide summary project plan documentation to department managers, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing learning to stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards.
  • Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget.
