Job summary

Little, a design firm in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Project Manager to lead community-centered projects in higher education and K-12. You will guide planning, design, and coordination with architects and engineers, while nurturing a healthy studio culture and collaboration across disciplines.

You will lead with autonomy, manage complex projects, and contribute to the growth and impact of the team. This role offers visible ownership and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in Community projects (Higher Ed, K 12, Civic/Justice), with strong K 12 PM experience.
• Architectural registration.
• Intermediate Revit proficiency.
• A demonstrated commitment to building and sustaining a healthy, inclusive, collaborative studio culture.
