Job summary

Little in Charleston, SC is seeking a Project Architect with a passion for high quality design and a collaborative work style for our Community Studio. This role will produce contract documents and oversee construction administration.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, 8+ years in the architecture and design industry, and strong production skills in Revit, Newforma, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam; LEED or WELL is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • 8+ years of experience in the architecture & design industry.
  • Strong production skills in Revit, Newforma, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam; and
  • LEED accreditation or WELL building certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Produce contract documents and construction administration.
  • Lead teams of architects and engineers to meet project budgets and schedules.
  • Work with Community projects (Higher Ed, K-12) with autonomy.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high quality design.

As one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, Little is seeking a Project Architect with a passion for high quality design and a positive, collaborative work style, for our Community Studio. This person will be joining a team in our fastest growing office with Little in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate is an ambitious and creative Architect who is passionate about great design, one looking to significantly enhance the well-being of our clients, the performance of their buildings and advancement of industry practices.

  • Someone who love details, willing to research innovative practices and apply them practically.
  • You are interested in materials, with a strong network of vendors, suppliers and technical experts to aggressively implement the best practices within architecture.

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • LEED accreditation or WELL building certification a plus.
