Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to build cutting-edge Life Sciences facilities in Cary, NC. You will own project P&L, lead cross-functional teams including clients, engineers, and supervisors, and drive planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in construction, engineering, or accounting, with 5+ years in industrial PM and proficiency with Procore and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction PM.
• Procore, Primavera proficiency; familiarity with Touch Plan or similar.
• Ability to own project P&L and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and supervisors on planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage project P&L for optimal results and oversee subcontractor buy-out.
• Oversee QA, quality controls, and participate in weekly safety walks.
• Maintain project files in Procore (RFIs, submittals, change orders) and monthly billing.

Job Details

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and supervisors on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage project P&L for optimal results and handle project buy-out, assigning the right subcontractors
• Oversee quality assurance and controls, and participate in weekly and monthly job site safety walks
• Manage project files in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and provide monthly client billing

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of Procore and Primavera software
