Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in commercial construction with a GC or developer, a related bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools (P6/MS Project). OSHA 30 and design-build experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC or developer.
• Experience with multifamily and/or large commercial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling software (P6/MS Project).
• OSHA 30 and design-build experience are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass required screenings.
