Tiello is partnering with a well-established commercial masonry contractor seeking a Project Manager for complex masonry projects across education, healthcare, institutional, mixed-use, and commercial developments ($1M–$30M). The role requires controlling schedules and budgets, coordinating with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors, and driving safety culture on site.

You will lead the client-facing and construction teams, make decisions on cost and schedule, and ensure quality workmanship.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Exposure to masonry/concrete construction.
• Strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project schedules and budgets for successful completion.
• Set up and implement job procedures to ensure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors.
• Provide value-engineered solutions when applicable.
• Collaborate with Superintendents to develop and implement safety plans.
• Mentor project staff to foster a positive team environment.

$100,000 - $115,000/year

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will serve as the company's point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the General Contractor's behalf about such items as cost and schedule.

Project Types:

Commercial Masonry Projects – Education, Healthcare, Institutional, Mixed-Use, and Commercial Developments ($1M – $30M)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project.
• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
• Oversee and Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
• Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable.
• Work with Superintendents to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
• Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction
• Exposure to/familiarity with masonry/concrete construction
• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred NOT required.
• Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
