Job summary

Tiello is seeking a Project Manager for commercial masonry construction in Charlotte, NC. You will serve as the primary contact with clients and the construction team, with authority on cost and schedule decisions on behalf of the General Contractor.

Projects range from education, healthcare, institutional, to mixed-use developments valued from $1M to $30M; candidates should bring masonry/concrete exposure and strong communication skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
• Exposure to masonry/concrete construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project.
• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
• Oversee and Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
• Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable.
• Work with Superintendents to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
• Manage project deliverables
• Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

Role Summary:

TheProject Manager will serve as the company’s point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the General Contractor’s behalf about such items as cost and schedule.

Commercial Masonry Projects – Education, Healthcare, Institutional, Mixed-Use, and Commercial Developments ($1M – $30M)

Job Responsibilities:
