Tiello is partnering with a commercial masonry contractor in the Southeast to hire a Masonry Project Manager (Stone Veneer Specialty) in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will be the primary contact for clients and the construction team, and you will influence safety culture while making cost and schedule decisions.

Requirements include 5+ years in commercial construction with masonry exposure; a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred but not required; strong communication with

Job Title: Masonry Project Manager (Stone Veneer Specialty)

Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000/year

Tiello has partnered with a well-established commercial masonry contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast known for their commitment to craftsmanship, collaboration, and integrity, this firm continues to grow its reputation as a trusted partner on complex masonry projects.

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will serve as the company's point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the General Contractor's behalf about such items as cost and schedule.

Project Types:

Commercial Masonry Projects – Education, Healthcare, Institutional, Mixed-Use, and Commercial Developments ($1M – $30M)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction
• Exposure to/familiarity with masonry construction with a specialty in dimensional stone
• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred NOT required.
• Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
