Job summary

Tiello is seeking a Project Manager (Commercial Masonry Construction) in Atlanta, GA to lead client relations and the construction team on complex masonry projects.

You will influence safety culture and have authority to make decisions on cost and schedule on behalf of the General Contractor, guiding execution across Education, Healthcare, Institutional, and Mixed-Use developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Exposure to masonry/concrete construction.
• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred NOT required.
• Strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project.
• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
• Oversee and Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
• Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable.
• Work with Superintendents to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
• Manage project deliverables
• Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

Role Summary:

TheProject Manager will serve as the company’s point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the General Contractor’s behalf about such items as cost and schedule.

Project Types:

Commercial Masonry Projects — Education, Healthcare, Institutional, Mixed-Use, and Commercial Developments ($1M — $30M)

Job Responsibilities:
