Job summary

A leading construction firm in Atlanta is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial Masonry Construction projects exceeding $20MM. This role oversees project schedules and budgets, ensures safety compliance, and fosters relationships with clients and contractors. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in commercial masonry and experience with Procore and Bluebeam. A BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $105,000 to $135,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial masonry construction experience.
• Experience in both masonry estimating and project management is preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & direct the project schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Owners and Contractors.
• Work with Superintendents to develop and implement safety procedures.
