Project Manager- Tacoma, WA (Commerical Hvac/ Mechanical Construction)

A leading mechanical contractor in the Puget Sound region is growing and looking to add a Project Manager to their team in Tacoma, WA. With a 50+ year reputation for excellence in commercial HVAC/mechanical systems—design, fabrication, install, and maintenance—this company delivers high-quality, high-integrity work across a wide variety of projects. What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial HVAC/mechanical projects ($20K–$500K+) from kickoff through closeout
• Own project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Lead and mentor crews, subs, and field staff—ensuring safety, quality, and daily coordination
• Serve as primary client contact; collaborate across Estimating, Engineering, and Ops
• Enforce QA/QC protocols, conduct site inspections, lead toolbox talks

What You Bring

• 5+ years in commercial construction (PM, Asst. PM, or Superintendent roles)
• Hands-on HVAC/mechanical experience and blueprint fluency
• Strong leadership, communication, and schedule/budget control skills
• Safety-first mindset with the ability to drive results in the field

Vehicle Allowance: $600/month + gas card from day 1
