Job summary

Real Floors in Raleigh, NC is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for commercial flooring projects. You will manage projects from bid to completion, build client relations, and pursue new business opportunities, driving profitability and project success.

This role blends sales and operations, requiring coordination of budgets, schedules, change orders, and installation teams, with uncapped commission potential and a strong results focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial construction role (PM, Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor).
• 3+ years in commercial or new construction (non-residential).
• Results-focused with a tactical problem-solving approach.
• Experience working with GC or commercial flooring crews.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, and clients.
• Identify and secure new project opportunities, negotiating contracts that serve both the client’s needs and the company’s objectives.
• Lead projects from the initial bid phase through completion, staying accountable for every detail and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Facilitate and manage change orders to ensure smooth transitions and accurate project scopes.
• Manage budgets and project schedules to ensure everything stays on track.
• Supervise installation teams, ensuring work is completed to the highest level of precision and efficiency.
• Stay on top of material inventory, keeping operations organized and running smoothly.

Pay Range: $60,000- $70,000 Base Salary + Tiered Commission Structure (based on project profitability)
