DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks a Project Manager specializing in doors, frames, and hardware for commercial construction in Nashville, TN.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet objectives on time and within budget across diverse projects including data centers, schools, and hospitals. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 2+ years in project management, strong budgeting, blueprint reading, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs; ERP/CRM systems; strong Excel; Procore experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans to determine materials, schedule, budget, staffing and resources for project phases.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties and provide technical advice.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; review status reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record
