DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager specialized in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry at our Coppell office to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

The role involves reviewing plans, coordinating staff, and managing resources across projects such as data centers, schools, and hospitals. A bachelor's degree and 2 years of project experience are preferred; Procore experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years project/budget experience required.
• Read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems; Excel required; Procore experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
