Senior Project Manager (Nashville, TN)
DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Manager to manage construction projects, subcontractors, and project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
- Manage full lifecycle of external subcontractor partners: sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
- Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources for the various phases of the project.
- Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed.
- Responsible for financial success of projects.
- Perform additional company projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Proficient with Windows‑based programs and ERP/CRM systems; possess a good understanding and use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.
