DH Pace Company, Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to ensure project objectives are met by the specified date and within budget through effective planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

The role requires experience managing construction projects, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and Word, plus a valid driver's license. You will lead project teams, review plans and specs, and drive financial success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• PM or Estimating experience in construction industry preferred.
• Excel and Word experience required.
• Fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are a must.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, staffing requirements and resources for project phases.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; provide technical advice as needed.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep project on schedule and within budget; review status reports and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems.
• Work with submittals, permits, close outs, and ordering parts; oversee financial success of projects.
• Additional company projects as assigned.

In our St. Louis, MO office. Responsibilities will include ensuring project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities
• Proven track record in successfully managing projects in carpentry, drywall or general construction desired
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/trouble-shooting
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems
• Work with submittals, permits, close outs, and ordering parts.
• Responsible for financial success of projects
• Additional company projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Project Management or Estimating experience within the construction industry preferred
• Must have Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word or Word Processing software experience
• Must have proven experience in a fast paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are a must
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record
